The Kensington Upgrades

Our work at The Kensington, a luxury residential tower in downtown Boston, focused on elevating key interior spaces through a series of refined architectural upgrades. The project introduced new finishes, lighting, and material enhancements throughout the residential corridors and elevator lobbies, creating a more cohesive and contemporary experience for residents.

The solarium received a refreshed design that enhances its role as a light‑filled communal space, while the quiet room underwent a complete reconfiguration to improve functionality, comfort, and spatial clarity. Across all areas, the upgrades were carefully integrated into the existing building fabric, reinforcing The Kensington’s identity as a modern, high‑end urban residence.
