and construction, Steve's expertise extends across a wide range of architectural typologies, including healthcare, high-end residential, multi-family residential, commercial offices, and retail spaces. Steve 
distinguishes himself as a meticulous problem solver, navigating projects 
with a process-driven mindset that compliments his keen interest in building science and high-performance building design.

Senior Project Manager

Natascha Kurtz, RA

Natascha is a Registered Architect with 20 years of experience spanning several markets, including commercial, healthcare, 
retail and restaurants. Adept at Design-Build processes, she is responsible for overseeing the production of construction documents and works directly with contactors to determine cost-effective solutions to RFIs and ensure shop drawings meet the intent of the design. She also manages interior designs and works with owners to bring their visions to life.

Architectural Project Manager

Sean Reis

Sean is an architectural project manager and designer with nine years of experience in residential and commercial projects with a strong focus on coordinating design and construction while fostering trusting relationships with clients and homeowners.  Especially adept at utilizing current software to produce computer rendered stills and animated presentations for client marketing and design realization, planning board approvals, visibility studies, and design studies.
