Nobadeer Meeting House Project

The Nobadeer Meeting House is a 44‑unit duplex residential community developed to provide much‑needed workforce housing on Nantucket. Spanning approximately 66,000 square feet, the project was designed to create attainable, high‑quality housing for local residents while responding to the island’s unique construction and housing challenges.

Organized as a collection of duplex buildings, the development balances neighborhood scale with efficient site planning to create a cohesive residential environment. The homes are designed to maximize functionality, comfort, and long‑term durability while maintaining an architectural character that complements Nantucket’s traditional building vernacular.
