Benjamin Adams House Condominiums
The Benjamin Adams House Condominiums project combines historic preservation with thoughtful residential development through the renovation and condominium conversion of the historic Benjamin Adams House, complemented by a new construction addition. The design carefully integrates contemporary living spaces within the existing structure while respecting the architectural character and significance of the original building.
The development includes a mix of seven townhomes and four condominium units, creating a diverse residential community within an approximately 18,000‑square‑foot development. The new addition was designed to complement the historic structure, balancing modern functionality with the scale and detailing of the existing architecture.
A defining aspect of the project was its accelerated delivery schedule. Responding to a unique permitting opportunity, the design team developed and completed the project for permitting in just five days, demonstrating the ability to execute complex residential projects under demanding timelines while maintaining a cohesive architectural vision.
The result is a distinctive residential community that revitalizes a historic property, preserves its legacy, and introduces new housing through a seamless blend of restoration and contemporary design.
