Kirkbrae Country Club
Following a fire that damaged the kitchen and loading dock at Kirkbrae Country Club, our team led a comprehensive architectural renovation to restore and modernize the affected areas. The project included a full redesign and upgrade of the commercial kitchen, improving workflow efficiency, equipment layout, ventilation, and overall operational performance. The loading dock and service wing were rebuilt to reestablish safe, functional access for deliveries and back‑of‑house operations.
Beyond the primary fire‑damaged zones, the renovation extended into adjacent spaces where smoke and heat had impacted finishes. These areas were refinished with new materials selected for durability, cohesion, and improved aesthetic quality. The project also incorporated cosmetic upgrades throughout the function rooms, event spaces, and locker rooms, enhancing the club’s interior character and providing a refreshed, unified appearance across the facility.
The result is a revitalized and modernized environment that strengthens Kirkbrae’s hospitality operations while seamlessly integrating upgraded architectural finishes and systems into the existing building fabric.
