Steward Medical Group Corporate Office Watertown

Our team designed a full interior office fit‑out for Steward Health Care’s new Watertown, MA location, transforming an existing shell space into a modern administrative environment. The design introduced an open floorplan supported by perimeter offices and large conference rooms, creating a flexible workspace that balances collaboration with privacy.

The interior aesthetic highlights the building’s existing exposed masonry walls, complemented by frameless glass partitions, partially exposed ceilings, and new LED lighting throughout. These elements combine to deliver a clean, contemporary, and visually engaging office setting.

The scope included structural modifications to enlarge masonry openings, improving connectivity and natural light penetration across the suite. Additional work involved constructing new interior partitions and installing upgraded finishes, along with comprehensive improvements to lighting, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
