Steward Northeast Corporate Headquarters

This project involved a full design‑build renovation of the Steward Northeast Corporate Office in Boston, transforming an existing workplace into a modern, efficient administrative hub. The interior fit‑out included the construction of 26 new private offices, two conference rooms, a board room, and two kitchenettes, all organized to support improved workflow, collaboration, and executive operations.

The renovation encompassed comprehensive upgrades to interior finishes and building systems, including new flooring, ceilings, lighting, and paint throughout the suite. Mechanical improvements were incorporated with the installation of new HVAC equipment, enhancing comfort and performance across all work areas.

The result is a fully modernized corporate environment that blends functionality with a clean, professional aesthetic—providing Steward Health Care with an updated administrative space aligned with its organizational needs and continued growth.
