We partnered with PhysicianOne Urgent Care on the delivery of six new Massachusetts locations, continuing a long‑standing relationship built on meeting the client’s high standards for clinical quality, efficiency, and patient experience. Each facility—ranging from 2,400 to 3,600 square feet—was planned and executed as a full tenant fit‑up tailored to PhysicianOne’s operational model and brand identity.

Programs across the locations include exam rooms, procedure rooms, X‑ray imaging suites, drug screening areas, and occupational therapy spaces. Interior layouts emphasize clear circulation, intuitive patient flow, and strategically organized clinical zones that support rapid, on‑demand care for both adult and pediatric patients. Durable materials, modern lighting, and clean detailing reinforce a professional, welcoming environment aligned with the client’s commitment to accessible, high‑quality urgent care.

Through consistent collaboration and a deep understanding of PhysicianOne’s clinical requirements, the design team delivered a series of efficient, patient‑centered facilities that strengthen the provider’s presence across Massachusetts and support its mission of offering comprehensive walk‑in medical care for non‑life‑threatening illnesses and injuries.
