BaneCare Dialysis Center

This project involved the creation of a new 6‑bed Massachusetts DPH‑licensed dialysis center within the existing Hancock Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Home in Quincy, MA. The fit‑out transformed a portion of the facility into a specialized treatment environment designed to support high‑quality renal care for residents and community patients.

The design focused on integrating the dialysis suite seamlessly into the operational flow of the nursing home while meeting all regulatory requirements for DPH licensing. The new treatment area includes six patient stations, dedicated clinical support zones, and upgraded building systems to accommodate dialysis equipment and infection‑control needs. Careful attention was given to circulation, visibility, and staff workflow to ensure safe, efficient treatment delivery within the existing building footprint.
