Mountainside Hideaway

This modern ski retreat is designed to immerse its residents in the natural beauty of Sunday River. At the heart of the home, the double‑story kitchen and great room soar beneath a dramatic A‑frame ceiling, with exposed beams and a warm wood finish. A full glass wall opens the space to the surrounding forest, creating a seamless connection between indoors and out. On the ground floor, a cozy den and bunk rooms provide intimate gathering spaces, while the backyard patio extends the living experience outdoors. Wrapped in vertical pine siding, the exterior balances contemporary lines with rustic texture, giving the residence a timeless alpine appeal.
